Join Joao in this 3 hours workshop as we discover techniques and tools to turn our worlds upside down.
In this genuine workshop style, we’ll break down the key elements that create balance in your hands a possibility: get in accurately, stay in comfortably and get out safely. We will explore prehabilitation and joint health exercises for injury prevention, discuss the complex anatomy of the shoulder girdle and rotator cuff muscles and set free your inner monkey.
We will work in a sequence to keep our blood and breath flowing throughout the practice and finish with cooling down and reconditioning postures, to ensure a long and sustainable practice.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience to advanced practitioners.
