About the Event

Breaking down the key elements that create balance in your hands, a possibility: get in accurately, stay in comfortably and get out safely.

Exploring pre-habilitation and joint health exercises for injury prevention, discuss the complex anatomy of the shoulder girdle and rotator cuff muscles and set free your inner monkey.

Working in a sequence to keep your blood and breath flowing throughout the practice and finishing with cooling down and reconditioning postures, to ensure a long and sustainable practice.

We'll work through and explore the below areas, to prepare the body and mind for a safe and confident practice.

- Anatomy and Alignment principles

- Pre-habilitation exercises

- Conditioning and Strengthening exercises

- Partner exercises and drills

- Progress in Arm balances Apply Handstands into your Yoga practice
