About the Event
Explore exercises for injury prevention, learn how to develop strength, build trust, and build your confidence towards a regular handstand practice.
We will work on a range of exercises and drills the body needs to go inverted safely as well as be a platform for you to continuously evolve your handstand accuracy, precision and control.
Each month we will explore a range of exercises, including:
- Anatomy and alignment principles
- Prehabilitation exercises
- Conditioning and strengthening exercises
- Animal movements and mobility
- Partner exercises and drills
- Apply handstands into your yoga practice
We will be offering advanced handstand variations, different ways to get in and out comfortably and how to effectively work towards your handstand press.
Suitable for those with some yoga experience to advanced practitioners.
