Handstands are not only about strength. It requires a range of elements to successfully handstand. Shoulder flexibility, mobility and strength are some of them.

CORE ACTIVATION DRILLS

A strong core, TvA (Transverse Abdominis) and hip flexors are key elements of a handstand practice.

HANDSTAND DRILLS

Handstand drills allow you to gain confidence, spend more time transitioning to your hand balance and helps you develop strength.

ARM BALANCES

Combining Arm Balances into transitions. 
In this videos we will explore: Koundinyasa, Astavakrasana, Chin Stand and other linking balances.
