Your wrists are the base for any arm balances and handstand practices. It is extremely important that you keep your wrists flexible, strong and healthy for you to ensure a long lasting practice with heaps of fun and no injuries.
Below I have put together a series of wrists exercises you can incorporate before any yoga practice. Try to do these exercises 3 to 5 times a week. They will help you feel stable and confident for your inversions practice.
