WRISTS - VIDEO TRAINING
Wrists Mobility, Strength and Health
Your wrists are the base for any arm balances and handstand practices. It is extremely important that you keep your wrists flexible, strong and healthy for you to ensure a long lasting practice with heaps of fun and no injuries.
Below I have put together a series of wrists exercises you can incorporate before any yoga practice. Try to do these exercises 3 to 5 times a week. They will help you feel stable and confident for your inversions practice.
It will take you 10 to 15mins to complete all exercises
