With the coming of the new year we will also face new situations in life. Our ability to deal with new circumstances, to find a resolve and to learn from them, comes from the work we do within.

We practice so we can learn how to deal with difficult situations, slowly tapping into our Divine power, then we will be able to offer the best version of ourselves back to the world.

In this 2.5hr workshop we will delve deep into an advanced Vinyasa Sequence and daily traditional practices that will help focus in our Yogic journey.

We will cover traditional Yogic practices:
- Pranayamas
- Bandhas (locks), Maha Bandha and Nauli
- A Yoga Flow focusing on detoxification of the body
- Arm balances

In this 2.5hrs workshop we will perform kryias and challenge our bodies and mind in a fun and interesting Yoga Practice.

The art of Resting Consciously. 

Our system works at its best capacity when it is rested. Shifting from operating from our Sympathetic System (Fight or Flight Response) and learning how to operate under our Para-Sympathetic System (Rest & Digest).

We live very Yang life-styles, constantly active, even when we are supposed to be resting, (e.g. in our sleep).

Through consciously resting, giving us permission to rest we heal... only then we can become the best version of ourselves so we can share with our loved ones, our communities and friends.


7 Days of Daily Yogic Healing and Detoxing Practices

The start of a new year calls for a fresh body & mind. Throughout this week of cleansing asana, pranayama, meditation, suggested eating and home rituals you will create a foundation of optimal and holistic health. With daily inspiration to your inbox, a morning practice Monday to Friday and weekend workshops you will take the tools that yoga has to offer well beyond the mat. It’s our hope that you enter 2019 light, fresh and clear.

No prior experience required, all levels are welcomed.
